Foot Print received LCL shares at 3.3c... escrow ended last year...market was pushing / waiting for them to sell at the lows?

Los Cerros Limited acquired Footprint Resources Pty Ltd for AUD 2.7 million.November 24, 2022 ShareLos Cerros Limited (ASX:LCL) acquired Footprint Resources Pty Ltd for AUD 2.7 million on November 25, 2022.

Los Cerros has acquired 100% of Footprint's shares through the payment of AUD 0.35 million in cash and the issue of 65,064,886 fully paid ordinary shares of Los Cerros, representing 10% of Los Cerros' current issued capital.

80% of the new shares had been escrowed for 12 months, until 22 November 2023.

Messrs Twomey and Dobe have joined the Company as executives. Both have Executive Service Agreements which contemplate full time employment with Los Cerros. The Footprint purchase includes all assets, net working capital, granted titles, title applications and employees of Footprint and incorporates the usual caveats and warranties for a transaction of this nature. Los Cerros Limited (ASX:LCL) completed the acquisition of Footprint Resources Pty Ltd on November 25, 2022.

Not sure those guys would have sold it for a loss.... or to be in a liquidity trap... basic math would bring company back into 3c+
