AceRimmer - I'm going to break with my usual focus on stock merits only and instead offer some feedback in the hope that you'll see merit in it and perhaps adjust for the future. It's your call though and it makes no difference to me what you choose to do. FWIW however here's how I see these recent posts, as a former holder but current non-holder who seeks out substantive posts so that I can improve myself and make more money! (As Warren Buffett famously said, "The best investment by far is anything that develops yourself...")

You referred to another poster making "idiotic posts" of "downramping drivel". Let's just assume for these purposes that some of them were as you say.
You had a choice what, if anything, to do about them and chose to "respond... in kind to the idiotic posts". That was quite an admission as was your acknowledgement that if the poster who you were criticising "can post downramping drivel ...I can certainly do the same".

I was surprised that you were prepared to get down at the same level that you criticised and at how little you value your own time. It doesn't help your brand although anonymity unfortunately on HC detracts from personal accountability. FWIW, if it were me, I would feel, in hindsight, that the exchange was a bit below what you aspire to and would request deletion of the post. Your call of course - just saying...

This comment is also directed to the other person: HC has great potential if we all try and be a bit more substantive and less emotive with our posts. Otherwise it will frighten away some of the brilliant and generous minds that occasionally visit these threads. They won't want to read schoolyardy stuff like that.
