However ENR also boarder a water source essential for an asset to be built , I haven’t investigated Wa1 ability to cross over ENR tenements to access it or if they have their own localised source they dont seem however to sit adjacent to known sources

additionally , strange as it seems WA1success may actually hold it back so they have to go alone and it’s easier for smaller operations to go solo than massive ones from a financial point of view especially on borrowing
there is a lot of ifs and buts before either break ground and while both in reality , are experiencing exceptional early exploration results its too early to pop champagne for either

I think you are on the right track, the constraints of the Niobium market make superpits unlikely, small high grade, low cost set ups will probably be the way to go, both for WA1, ENR and maybe others?
