FYI re infrastructure I was in the area/on the Tanami road this time last year and the WA government have committed upgrading the Tanami road to bitumen to the WA/NT border over the next several years by doing about 60kms a year. The first 40 odd kms from the Great Northern Highway through most of the hills there and some of the worst part of the road should done now. About 300km from the Great Northern to the border so maybe in another 4 years. Yes this only covers about 40% of the distance from the Great Northern to the project as you turn off the Tanami road at the Balgo road, it is good start and therefore 610km of the road to the Port of Wyndham out of about 940 will be bitumen by the time these projects get near opertional.
