You do understand, that prospecting proceeds drilling, I assume? But maybe not.
But the truth is that you know all that shit, calling Brazil a "3rd world s$%t hole with somewhat unfavourable governance " when it appears it's one of the best places an investor could place their money, only showcases your ignorance.
