You are doing well - quite normal to take profit - but keep cash on hand in case it runs hard, must not let it get away from you, its a gut busting feeling to watch.
Remember Buffett said "An opportunity is not a lost opportunity if you did not know about it at the time"
So apply Buffett - do you really know about this and do you think its an opportunity - ie have you done proper Due Diligence - if so use that as your Hold/Take Profit criteria.
I'm looking at the chart - seeing the profit taking and thinking we might end up with a spinning top candle - which at this level could be bullish.
