Yes, it has worked out to be a win win thus far, which is great for both parties. I suspect Sandros was comfortable with the sale price as he was likely hoping to clean up on the rising SUM SP, which has played out well for him.
It's definitely a vote of confidence that he accepted the small cash payment, with most of the transaction in shares (and small royalty).
It's great to have Sandro's passion on the team as well...always busy looking for something !!
I hope he does get another 10 bags from here, and all of us too!! And I certainly wouldn't complain if over 10 x from here.
