SUM market cap is the same market cap as CGR and less than RCR, which both have found nothing.
If a "proper" rock chip was 1/20th the grade it would still be 2% Nb and 1% Ta which is still a great result.
Every company is selective with rock chips so I wouldnt discount it any where near that much for being a "rigged rock chip".
