For sure they need to pour a lot more for the following reasons
1. To justify and recover past/present HIGH MANAGEMENT COSTS and REMUNERATION
2. Commitment to high LOAN REPAYMENT and interest
3. Commitment to high DEBT REPAYMENT.
4. Generate positive CASH FLOW for UPCOMING PROJECTS..
