rms are printing cash atm, whilst spr have been raising thier funds, not even in the same category, thats why valuation is 800 mill compared to over 2 billion.
when ya get some decent reserves under your belts instead of resourses ya may be in with a chance.
As far as i know no one mines a resource only a reserves imho.
