they have had the mill run twice before and then shut down due to insufficient grade and tonnage going forward , rather than repeating the same again they are proving up a mine plan that has sufficient forward high grade ounces to be at the very least profitable.

I was happily proven wrong with the delay in mining as if they had put in the decline earlier it would have been in the wrong place and would have only accessed Never Never not the new lodes ie West Winds , , so now they will be able to mine several headings simultaneously , given profit is leveraged by contribution margin over fixed costs which is leveraged in turn by throughput and that is now probably also going to be leveraged to a lower overall cut off grade with even more tonnes now in the mine plan I would say they are on the right track .
