Yes all my own work. I used to do it in my early career days. Then had teams of overpaid people. Now I do it to build up conviction which is very much needed in current markets as I run concentrated positions with a longer tail. CTM is a decent size and should deliver into CY23.

The good thing about POD is that it is massive - it should outlive all of us. But that's also bad as it is long and narrow and is taking forever to build up to PFS/DFS.

I think they have a lot of good met data but they have only shown us high level stuff and usually it's minor detail at the end of updates. Mgt has been consistent in being highly confident that they can build a low cost starter mine and that's certainly the history of South African mines.

The problem is that no one is Australia knows anything much about it. We just need a Sprott or Keith Goode type to put together an outline economic case.

Still like my basic model - timing might be too aggresive but capex/opex are probably in the ball park. Needs a good research person to say this though. Whichever way you look at POD, it should be a cash machine for decades once developed. But we need to get to the starting line.
