I'd like to see what they come up with as these days some companies also add EW (electro-winning) modules to extract more metal even from the tailings as part of the plant and before these tailings are stored/dumped into a dam.
POD might be going for simpler option and only produce concentrate but from the last interview I watched I think they may be looking at full blown plant to produce metal plates/bricks whatever. They kept talking about value add and not only digging dirt.
