What will turn POD around:

1. More good results from Stage 10 and more confirmation of Rh & Ir along with some Cu & Ni. Even though not many holes are pending this will eventually work or prevent further falls.

2. Upgraded Resource with improved average grade - and it is looking to playout that way on the 3E PGM side but not sure if that will be the case on the 5E PGM. Still, POD will release much higher Resource which will get on the radar of few large individual investors.

3. Stage 11 drilling that will confirm the continuity of the reef down to 350m. This will certainly be turning point even though holes will be far apart. If POD proves consistent grades and hit rates then Stage 11 will be big mover.

4. Stage 12 the infill drilling that will define the initial mining areas. Infill drilling is normally not that exciting but in POD's case may turn out to be as POD will be finally edging closer to production.

Point 2 & 3 will be the biggest movers with 1 & 4 only supporting the bottom line unless Point 1 produces some extraordinary results from the few holes pending or the 5E results.
