Firstly we wouldn't need a CR if they had got a decent $ for PNG. The assays are great but we have nothing below the surface and no idea how much we have yet so will wait and see. Also what has David done to receive 11.5M options? He has just joined the team and wants to cash in already. Sorry, that's a no-vote for me. Earn it first.
