When a company continually issues new shares to cover the cost of activities they are mining the stock market, not the ground.
Sure they have been active but unless the metallurgical work shows that the clay hosted REE's will liberate their treasures with simple chemical digestion then they are useless. I won't rule it out that it is world class yet but it must first be proven that they are simple to process before the market will get excited. That is all.
