Come on, DRE are explorers and exploration can throw up any discovery, even an economic one. All I'm commenting on is the exploration results released, what they mean, and where they say the project is heading according to my analysis and interpretation. Why wouldn;t HC readers want to hear an educated opinion (debate might be too much to ask) to put in context results they rightly don;t have the time/expertise to interpret themselves? This paranoid idea anyone doesn;t come up with a bullish opinion must be donwramping, and thus driven off, is ludicrous and tilts the investment field even further away from retail and towards insiders/brokers who do have the time/experience to work things out for themselves.

If I wanted to downramp, i'd comment often on all the worst and riskiest aspects of DRE projects , the commodity markets they are playing in... bang, bang, bang, relentlessly instilling uncertainty then fear into holders right. That's what downramping is, usually with baseless arguments but just the intent of driving the price down. i have never done that on HC, go see if you can find it. Like I said, grow a pair and try dealing with what the project is, not how you'd like it to be...
