Welcome aboard the Pensana train Grant Hayward. He was with Frontier RE prior to this appointment. They seemed to have pretty impressive TREO grades back in 2011 with a significant pre PFS 20 year mine life at their flagship site but seemed to have dropped off the radar in recent years. Obviously based on the peak RE prices at the time. Very little recent news so not sure how busy he would have been with exploration work. Hopefully he can be a good replacement for Dave as we move forward with Coola, Monte Verde exploration and continued Longonjo pilot plant program. "Team Leader with extensive experience in the design, management and implementation of multidisciplinary exploration programmes aimed at resource definition utilising internationally acceptable, accountable and auditable exploration practices (CIM/JORC). Thirty years “hands on” exploration experience covering a wide range of deposit types and commodities. Extensive experience in dealing with working conditions and customs in Africa with a wide range of mechanical and practical skills for on-site problem solving. Recently focused on graphite properties in Mozambique and carbonatite exploration with focus on evaluation for phosphates and rare earth elements. Responsible for the definition of three world class resources (Flake graphite, Lurio Project, Mozambique, REE’s, Zandkopsdrift, South Africa for Frontier Rare Earths Limited and PGE’s, Pilanesberg Project, South Africa for Platmin) " Anyone within the geology/exploration inner circles and know of Grant please feel free to let us know your insights.

Actually FRO ended their listing on the South African exchange in 2015 and look to be privately Chinese owned now, hence the lack of news. For all we know they could be in any phase of production and sending their ore to China.
