LOL Experience has taught me that such dreadful torment can be eased by throwing more money at them, then reclining on a tropical beach under a big shady tree with cocktails, grapes and my favourite people to picnic and help toast the team's success and further progress.
But DYOR, because poolside at home or a nice covid safe luxury resort with wine or beer may work better for you.
