Hello. Personally, I would label this as "low grade". The Dy & Tb on the first 1,230 results i calculate to average 15ppm and 11ppm respectively, which is nothing much. MEI, for example, have around 25ppm Dy and 5ppm Tb. Plus RR1 appears to be in granite rather than in clay. The RR1 finding is certainly very thick (50 to 100 metres) but at current REE prices the economics appear questionable.
