just thinking out loud taking a step back and looking at the big picture
i wonder why the weak rivet offer wanted to end the ffr merger
could it be they saw it as a stalking horse
do they do them down under
the recent glenburg ann i consider the cherry on the cake
with state of the art mobile plants etc
if the sharks are circling gcy the company must hope that the predators share prices will fall
as this would benefit gcy if any scrip were to be offered
if a t o offer was to be made i believe it would mostly be for the mill
the aquirer would not want to offer any of its capacity to toll treat etc
as they would be flat out treating their own ore (reason for buy)
this may marginalize ore bodies in that area
usually if a successful t o is made the old mangement are mostly swept aside
but in this case especially considering wa staffing issues etc
i see current mangement and crew as an added bonus
the great companies think of their staff as their main asset
and so would be much appreciated and kept
