Sisyphus is very 'anti gandel' (hi sis, remember me? ... I, eventually, departed AGS with a nice profit ... but it was a torturous journey I admit) and I believe it clouds Sisyphus's judgement whenever gandel is involved.
I actually consider that gandel has shown due regard to us minnows in both the AGS and ORS wind-downs/reorganisations .... my smsf has done nicely (so far) by averaging-down in his holdings/jv's so I'm far more ambivalent wrt said major shareholder (whose entry price in AYC is 3c I believe).
