Yeah, that's correct @ad0. In regard to throughput rates, the Mar'21 quarterly included some detail about the capacity of the proposed upgraded plant (i.e. up to 35 tonnes per hour throughput) & the operating proposal for an initial 12 hr/day shift. The Scoping Study (Part 1) mentioned that the start-up production is assumed to be 120,000 tonnes per annum & then moving to a throughput of 240,000 tonnes per annum in year (3).

Any changes to the existing plant configuration / mining operations requires variations to existing approvals associated with a revised MOP (Mining Operations Plan). A good example of this is one of the EPA license variation notices (refer below link) for the previous Adelong mine owner.
