Last quarter PRU sold 107,650oz
Therefore they generated AUD $768 cash per oz sold. At the current 500,00oz run rate this is still a healthy annualised cash build of $384,000,000.
There's till a lot of room to improve on this cash build rate. SeptQ operational performance from Edikan and Sissingue were both pretty poor and Yaoure is still continuing to ramp up.
Cash generation margins of $1000 per ounce is definitely possible in the not too distant future as the hedge book continues to roll over and as gold price builds momentum in what looks to be an emerging Risk Off environment.
