Exactly !!! We have been the target for many shameless traders and Ron has copped a lot of attacks I too have been frustrated a few times but I also have understood how Ron works and it definitely isn’t too please everyone. Just like drilling ground under the plant he plans for the future you can’t do that when the plant is running but he has talked about a new plant too be built in years to come. Some think we should just jump in while Ron sees the payoff for this drilling being easy once we get running. We have a stockpile and that will be improved on by the time the plant gets going. Ron is ensuring the plant will run as best it can to recover the best grades it can. All in all Ron has been doing a great job yet some seem to think he doesn’t have the skills and we should put more directors on.
Just what would that add ??? Pay people and give them performance bonuses for what is already done by Ron they can hurry it up any more.
It’s about time many here realise this and give him the credit he is due
