my revised figure for RMS is based on milling grades and ounces produced versus the JORC expectation (ie. 20Koz gold produced vs. JORC expectation of 4.8Koz for the same parcel of ore that's been mined so far). Defining JORC resources for nuggety bodies is difficult and costly if you want to measure it with a high degree of confidence. Imo, for such resources it's better to just get a rough estimation of what the gold mineralisation looks like and getting on with the job of digging it out.
