We have a market cap of 18/19 million, AUD. Tembo have committed publicly to invest up to US$20 million in the company. They are either very wrong or we are seriously mispriced. There won't be a middle ground.
I think they expect to get several multiples of their entry price which probably averages somewhere around 0.6 cents. Based on previous behaviour it won't surprise if we do see them exercise further rights under creep provisions - it would be nice if they do and absorb more of the free float.
In addition to Tembo, noting also the entry to the company, with 11% of equity from last capital raise. of Chinese interests with real and relevant minerals sands extraction experience.
The geology of most Tanzanian sand assets being strandline pods not dunal, means our resource base is being accumulated incrementally across multiple sites. This is a challenge for the market to grasp compared with finding a large resource in one place. It may be some time yet before the market is prepared to attribute value which is not a problem for our major shareholders but a test for us!
