Just to add, NVA,CHK and TNR are stocks that have got their hands on unwanted tenements holding fantastic Au / Cu deposits. All are in close proximity to producers who are mining a lot for a great margin. NVA next to US / AUS giants, CHK next to BHP and TNR to the one mentioned. No guessing here needed, it is already known for a price that's less than dirt. Now everyone needs to do the maths.
