RH is an old rusty nickel plant, get it in your head. its not ready to process anything and would basically need to be bulldozed and completely rebuilt.
you dont just start digging up, you need a reserve statement, DFS, mining licence, water, power, enviro permits and hundreds of millions to build a mine and plant and do all the reserve drilling and site establishment etc.
its not simples, its very very complex, time consuming and expensive
stop posting about fantasy scenarios where a mine suddenly appears, you should know better
