It looks as though it was very useful for a few stale holders who wanted to dump their shares anyway. In the current market climate rubidium is a bit too unfamiliar to punters to excite a heap of buying. Mind you, at the price quoted in the announcement perhaps it's not the dud some people are taking it for.
