The company currently has minimal cash so I would expect that they will do a placement, rights issue, convertible note soon.
Only positive is that there are not many number of shares outstanding but to raise $4-5m (which is what they will need to do a meaningful drilling program) this would mean another 100-200m shares if they say a placement at 3-4cents.
Getting $4-5m is not going to be easy in this market for a junior explorer.
