I think the Old Chinese Co are kicking themselves from pulling out as. After that happened the new Chinese money backed testing open pit. From memory the SS had a $16M refurbishment pay back in 6 months and an AISC greater than 50%.
So if the SP does not go up it will pay dividends or Share buy backs. IMO but very feasible.
