1) Market scared of South Africa. I think its an over reaction because 25% of the company is owned by the Black Empowerment or whatever the body s called.
2) Company was sold to Chinese for greater than $150M ( I cant remember exact figure) but the Chinese puled out. SWJ won the court case and has been chasing the money ever since. It was about 18 months ago that they decided to test open pit. They started drilling 12 months ago and Bingo.

Go and read the Scoping study last month. Its mouth watering.
