yep, cool... the billion dollar muchae deposit is worth a billion+.... its great news, but not the ann i'm waiting on. all of it means nothing if we can't escape the event horizon of the EPA.
That said, this is important as this will likely ensure that Muchae is put through the "new rules" for projects of significance within the EPA.
