I agree with Cool. Best way forward is to focus on one potentially viable commodity. Sure, it's great to have other minerals (which aren't going to go away), but to work out which other one would be best to develop first , would cost vauable dollars and lots of time.
Then if plan A works out ok, the company can look to exploit the next best looking mineral held.
Always dependant on commodity prices of course.
