I would say the current fair valuation by Morningstar quantitative Ratings of 9.7 cents might be closer to an opening offer if and when such an offer does occur.
In the current global climate I would be quite surprised if a T/O offer for IVR did surface due to the vast amount of prevailing uncertainty.
My thinking is such an offer/ offers are more likely to occur during or immediately after the impending GFC II.
Such a move would buy an insurance policy when no one one else is providing insurance.
I would say the current fair valuation by Morningstar...
