Some good news out today for OCN. The chart has been ticking up the last two days and volume slightly higher. Still anemic but given the overall market conditions and the extremely poor sentiment in small cap commodity stocks this is interesting. Obviously a bit of a hype stock mid last year it has completely dropped off people's radars. Maybe todays news gets people looking at the projects again. Lets see.
