beware of banking on rubidium. It's not really a 'commodity' in the regular sense - like scandium speculation a few years back, it's a scarce by-product without much of a market. Its high price is largely because of the cost of refining small amounts. People started counting 10s of billions worth of scandium, not thinking that the mass production of it would necessarily reduce the price! And it would need to generate its own buyers too, by promising lower, functional prices.
