Yes agreed, However, I think exploration is very connected to global Socio economic and Political issues where despite proven resources companies or countries are not allowed or faced difficulties extracting it, which can disrupt that commodity prices. If Australia flood the Gold and Lithium into the market than prices will plunged. Cherry Picking
