The market hasn't gotten close to waking up to BC8 yet. Call me at $1 on that front.
The earnings next year will justify that price target. This will trade around for a little while yet imo. This company is a news outlet when it comes to informing its shareholders. A lot of companies could learn from that. BC8 has three projects and a large pipeline of news. That helps. These guys could consume other assets along the way as the cash starts to flow in next year.
