I do plenty of day and week trading on hype stocks that mean nothing to me but stocks like DRE are fully research, accumulate and hold type stocks, and accept nothing less than 4 or 5 bags, why day trade stocks with strong fundamentals and good trustworthy management when you can be confident in investing a bit more and set and forget and probably make even more. OR even more satisfying you could never ever sell and then you can tell your grandkids you own part of the company that helped make their telly and playstation 12.
