    Hi Guys,

Zn eq reporting is for consistency and because this is considered a Zn deposit not a Cu deposit for example.

However, the varying % of payable metals in different parts of the ore body will have to be compartmentalised and fed into the plant carefully, blended with other parts of the ore body to create a consistent feed for the mill. Polymetallic deposits require lots of tweaking of the circuits to get the optimal $$ per t. Increasing a % here, invariably means reducing a recovery there.

I remember the difficulties BSM had at Hellyer where huge amounts of money was lost as payable metal spued into the tailings stream as the operators struggled to effectively campaign process the Fossey ore body.

    Cheers
    John
