The Thalanga plant/mill itself in a refurbished state would be worth $100m+ in itself.
To rebuild a new plant/mill would cost $150+ and take a good year or 2.
The current Market Cap of $120m basically covers to cost of the plant.
The NPV of future profits based on the current zinc margin hasn't been factored in.
