No ,at the moment you would pay the 3.6cents to exercise the options and sell the heads at a good profit. If you could by options at 4.8 cents like I did this morning on open ,pay the conversion of 3.6 cents means I have heads at 8.4 cents which are currently trading at 9.2 cents.I won't be selling my options though because they have such a long life (30 months approx).I will probably sell enough when they get to 10cents to free carry the conversion of the balance.
