Sorry to take a day to make comment on this ASX release. Computer and rehab isues took priority. A couple of general comments.

First, we need to "divide' our attention/focus into two parts on this project, even though the issues are completely inter-related. One is the short term drilling outcomes and the other is the bigger picture of the overall prospectivity of the Riqueza project.

The short term focus is clearly on the current drilling at Humaspunco and the hope and expectation that imminent assay results will at least reflect the surface channel sampling results (which would be a very strong and positive indication that there is continuity and that there could be something here). We all hope that the next lot of drill results will be positive, both in terms of grade and intercept widths and frequency. However, if they are not that (whilst frustrating and dissapointing) is not the end of the world and does not seriously diminish the overall prospectivity of the project.

As I have said previously, we have a very large (and in fact, in light of yesterdays' ASX release, even larger) area that has extensive pervasive mineralisation and alteration both of which are suggestive of some major heat source and potentially mineralised system. yesterdays' ASX release was positive as it seriously extends the overall area of interest and suggests that all observed mineralised areas are potentially inter-connected/related and that speaks to a large system at play here.

The fact that the area has just gotten a lot larger is both a plus and a minus. It most certainly adds to the overall prospectivity of the area and is not inconsistent with the potential for a couple of decent mineralised bodies in the area. It also suggests that the Callancocha fault/feeder zone is much larger than first thought and if it is indeed the feeder zone and if it is seriously mineralised (initial holes into the zone at Humaspunco show that it is mineralised but the 64 dollar question is what are the grades), then we have the potential for some very large deposit(s) here. The minus (if you can really call it that) is that we now have a much larger area to explore and the time and the cost that it will take to narrow down target areas. The fact that the area of mineralisation has gotten larger and that there are now probably multiple target areas is MOST encouraging but it is starting to look like ICG may need to get a JV partner, sooner rather than later, if it is going to be able to fast track the sort of exploration needed to see exactly what we have here and to avoid further srious dilution with a further CR.

Potential is great, and is getting larger every month, but like other shareholders I want to see some definitive results and progress in the way of identification of potentially economic mineralised bodies rather than a continuation of "exciting exploration potential". I think that we are close, but let's see some positive assay results as quickly as possible.

So ... a positive announcement and it adds to the big picture and makes this "sub-region" even more attractive but we also need to see some results from the current drilling program asap.
