Yes the recent CR announcement is an absolute blow to retail but it appears the big boys are ready to dip their hands into their pockets. Difference with this raise compared to the BLK days is 60% of the CR will be raised from insto's money not the 90% from retail like what occured in the BLK days when most instos left the register.
