Agree with the need to mine and dig more etc. The reason many disagreed with your earlier post is due to the highly regulated, time consuming and costly exercise to do this. Sure larger mining companies can move quicker as they have deeper pockets and more access to human resources to get the pre-work sorted, yet even they would struggle to get things up and running in a matter of a year or so. Unfortunately the process takes years.
