Looks like OVL will be one of, if not "THE" cheapest Rare Earth deposits to mine on the planet. Well at least outside of China. If you look at Hochschild BioLantanidos deposit in the Penco region in Chile and compare that to Oro Verde's Makuutu deposit you can see there will be light years difference in CAPEX/OPEX.
Here is Hochschild Biolantanidos deposit. The area is heavily wooded and at depth. This also shows that the deposit is on the sides of hills. All of this indicates much higher costs to retrieve.

Then take a look at Oro Verde's deposit on flat level ground. There is little to remove in the way of trees and vegetation. Flat level ground at a very shallow depth of 1.5 - 5m below surface with the average thickness of 6.9m.
