Fact - Atnam is in fact Antam.

On the public record, SIH MUST get all funds to develop the project, Antam does not have to put a dollar into any pre-production costs nor into any capex costs.

You go further and state how SIH gets funds back, which is not on public record that I am aware of, your comments on that may or may not be correct. But regardless they DO NOT get a cent back before paying 100% UP FRONT for all exploration and all DFS and all capex. Thats the FACT.
