I was listening to a live presentation given tonight by a Prof David Giles from uniSA /MinEX. It was presented at the Sydney mineral exploration Discussion group (SMEDG) meeting on a Zoom call. No new information (eg assays) was presented more just an overview of current, past and future drilling programs for MinEx CRC. It was interesting to see in the below images that they still use NDIBK04 as the poster child (3 core photos in the middle) with the mention of deformed, potassic, iron altered rocks with chalcopyrite and fluorite ( often a feature of tennant creek mineralization )


Also good to again see the visual breakdown of the tested rock age classifications below for the tennant creek suite / Warramunga formation.




it was a nice recap that was recorded by SMEDG so hopefully it can be uploaded at some stage.

One other thing Prof Giles mention was something about embedding a PHD student to help out 4 companies in the east tennant region with minerals system modelling. I'm guessing that is the MinEx CRC affiliate companies in the region.
